Autumn arrives painted by hand
There are colours that only appear a few weeks a year: burnt oranges, ochres, the reds that slip away from the leaves before they fall. On Sunday, 27 September, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm, Museo de las Ilusiones Madrid invites you to capture them at the Welcome Autumn workshop, creating your own drawing with small touches of colour.
There's no need for a sketch or a fixed plan: each child chooses how to apply the colour, and with what, until the image slowly takes shape in their own way.
There's no right way to do it, and no result to chase. Every drawing turns out different depending on the hand that paints it, and that small scatter of colour is, perhaps, what comes closest to the arrival of autumn itself.
The activity is included in museum admission and requires no prior booking: just show up during the scheduled time.
