Claims
In the event of a claim, Enthoosia Spain Tourism & Museums S.L will be
responsible for managing it.
Date Changes
● Once the ticket has been purchased, changes are only allowed up to 30 days
from the original selected date.
● Any changes must be made directly by the customer through our website, up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled time of the visit.
● After this time, date changes are not allowed.
● IMPORTANT: If you fail to attend on the scheduled date and time, no
changes will be accepted afterward.
Refund Policy
● Tickets are non-refundable, applicable to all existing rates
● Force Majeure Exception: Refunds will only be considered in cases of force
majeure that are properly substantiated.
° Force majeure is defined as extraordinary and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the customer's control, such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or governmental actions.
° Force majeure does not include personal reasons, such as common illnesses work conflicts, or changes in personal plans.
Reservation Management
Our website is available 24/7. Through it, you can book, pay for, or modify your reservations for the Museum of Illusions in Madrid. No other official channels are available to manage tickets.
Cancellations by the Museum
In the event that your visit must be canceled for operational reasons by the museum, the organization will notify you in advance and refund the amount to the original payment method within a maximum of 10-15 days.
Validity and Authenticity of Tickets
● The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased outside of our website, which must include a confirmation code and QR code.
● Tickets will not be replaced in cases of loss, damage, theft, or destruction.
Special Rates
● Tickets purchased at a discount or special rate must be validated with supporting documentation upon entry to the museum.
● If the required documentation is not presented, the ticket will be invalid, and the difference will be charged at the standard rate.
Access and Admission
● Admission to the museum is subject to holding a complete and valid ticket in good condition.
● Ticket holders lose their rights upon leaving the premises.
● The organization reserves the right to allow access to the premises once the visit has started.
● Pets are not allowed inside the premises, except for properly certified assistance animals.
Minors
● Access to and responsibility for minors in the museum lies exclusively with their legal guardians or parents.
● Minors under the age of 13 cannot access the museum without being accompanied by an adult.
● Minors aged 13 to 17 may enter the museum without adult supervision, under the full responsibility of their legal guardians or parents.
Photography and Video
Photography and video recording are allowed inside the museum. If you wish to use the images for commercial purposes, prior contact with [email protected] is required.

Ticket prices include the applicable VAT.
