Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

  • In the event of a claim, Enthoosia Spain Tourism & Museums S.L NIF: B-88404439 will be responsible for it.
  • Once the ticket is purchased, changes are only allowed up to 30 days from the original date selected. This change must be managed directly by the client on our website, with a period of up to 2 hours before the selected time of your visit. After this time, we do not accept date changes.
  • Our tickets are non-refundable.
  • Our website is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through our website you can reserve, pay, or modify your reservations at the Museum of Illusions in Madrid, there is no other official channel for this.
  • If your visit must be canceled for operational reasons of the museum, the organization will notify you in advance and will refund the amount to the same means of payment in a maximum of 10-15 days.
  • The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased on our website with its respective confirmation code and QR code.
  • The ticket will not be refunded in case of loss, deterioration, theft, or destruction.
  • Tickets purchased at a discount or special rate will have to justify this right by means of an accrediting document when accessing the museum. In case of not presenting the corresponding justification, they will not be valid, and the difference will be charged at the real rate.
  • Admission is subject to having a full ticket and in good condition. The ticket holder will lose his rights when leaving the venue. It is the authority of the organization to allow access to the site once the visit has begun.
  • The ticket price includes current VAT.
